This was one of three packages I cut during the February 2013 storm that slammed the Midwest. Someone called our newsroom and said the Columbia Party Bus was pulling people out of the snow. When I finally tracked down the guys and the bus, their tow rope had already broken, but they continued to help push people out of the snow in style.
